Although I hope to avoid shifting the focus from the ministry, some people will want to know how this ministry was started and by whom. A brief introduction should help answer these basic questions. My name is Daniel, and I live in the United States of America. I have been married for more than 27 years to my high school sweetheart, and we have three children. For the last 19 years, I have worked in Information Technology and am currently an analyst for a global manufacturing company. During this time, I have come to realize that the satisfaction my heart and soul crave will never come from worldly success, but instead from listening to God and acting on all plans set before me. My hopes and prayers are that all of God's plans and purposes for this ministry and His message, "choose Jesus today" will be fully accomplished. God has led, and I have followed with the creation of this online ministry.
This ministry, first published online September 7th, 2015, was not created by a group, organization, church, or denomination. It is a God led ministry through one Christian with the support of his family to be accomplished by believers. Management of this ministry has been placed in my hands, but all credit for and success of this ministry belong solely to God. I say again, if a man is inspired by God to do a work and instructed on how to accomplish it, would you give credit and honor to the man? Of course not, you would give all praise and honor to God!
God intends to lift up His son, Jesus, and show those who are lost the way to salvation and the light through this ministry. May all Christians put aside their differences to proclaim the all important message of God, "choose Jesus today", because with division there is weakness. The apostle Paul warns in 1 Corinthians 1:10-13, "I appeal to you, dear brothers and sisters, by the authority of our Lord Jesus Christ, to live in harmony with each other. Let there be no divisions in the church. Rather, be of one mind, united in thought and purpose. For some members of Chloe’s household have told me about your quarrels, my dear brothers and sisters. Some of you are saying, “I am a follower of Paul.” Others are saying, “I follow Apollos,” or “I follow Peter,” or “I follow only Christ.” Has Christ been divided into factions? Was I, Paul, crucified for you? Were any of you baptized in the name of Paul? Of course not!" (NLT) Paul warns again in Ephesians 4:3-6, "Make every effort to keep yourselves united in the Spirit, binding yourselves together with peace. For there is one body and one Spirit, just as you have been called to one glorious hope for the future. There is one Lord, one faith, one baptism, one God and Father of all, who is over all, in all, and living through all." (NLT)
